Liz Gosper
Head Coach & Director
Liz Gosper is a passionate triathlete and dedicated advocate for participation in sport for everyone.
Liz worked as a Special Education teacher and has now focused her work on finding pathways into mainstream competition for young adults with an intellectual impairment.

Liz is a registered Triathlon Coach and was the joint winner of the 2017 Triathlon Australia National Age Group Coach of the Year.
​
Liz founded IST in March 2015.
Archer Talbot
Triathlon Coach & Administrator
Archer is a qualified Triathlon coach, Development Level 2. He participated in triathlons from 2006 - 2014, but has been focused on coaching with IST ever since.

Archer is an enthusiastic swimmer, was President of Masters Swimming Victoria for 5-years, and is also a qualified swimming coach.
​
Archer is also the owner and general manager of Clifton Hill Yoga Studio.
Angelo Gasparini
Cycling Coach
Angelo is an accredited cycling and strength and conditioning coach with extensive experience working with athletes of all abilities and ages. He is an Auscyling certified cycling coach with a Level 1 qualification in Road and Track Cycling as well as a Level 1 accreditation with the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association.
Angelo has experience running cycling coaching programs at cycling clubs and secondary schools and as a personal trainer at Snap Camberwell, YMCA gyms and Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club to name a few.
Angelo has competed as a cyclist and triathlete for many years, He trains consistently in the gym both strength and conditioning and boxing and still races as a cyclist at Masters level.
Deborah Adams
Swimming Coach
Deborah Adams has been coaching swimming for most of her life, and competed at a National level as a junior swimmer.

Deb works as a Special Education teacher and, like Liz, is passionate about providing opportunities for those with an intellectual impairment.
